Mikaela & Rhys
We chose Brookmont to build our new home because of the location – being just two minutes from the expressway is so convenient. We also found the sales consultant to be super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to answer the 101 questions we had! The lots are a great size and are affordable for people like us who are just starting out.
We chose to build with Statesman. When we were looking for builders, the Statesman sales consultant was amazing! He spent the time to listen to our needs and what we wanted. When we looked at the Statesman Findon display home at Brookmont, we knew that that was the house we wanted – it had everything! Being a young couple, we found that the team at Statesman took us seriously and really wanted us to be happy with our home!
We’re most looking forward to seeing how this estate grows! We’ve already met a few of our neighbours and they’ve been wonderful! The whole estate has such a nice, calm feeling to it and everyone here are friendly!
Our favourite feature of Brookmont is the reserve. We love going for walks through it just to see how far this estate really has come. It has such a family friendly atmosphere to it and we can’t wait for summer to roll around so we can have picnics on the grass!
Overall, we’ve really enjoyed the process of building with Statesman and Brookmont and can’t wait to see the development further. We’re so happy that our first home is here!

For us, Brookmont’s location is absolutely perfect. We work in the Barossa, and avoiding all of the morning traffic and hopping straight onto the freeway is going to save us so much time!
We have chosen to build our Brookmont home with SA Housing Centre. Their floor plans are stunning, and their consultant Dominic has been an absolute trooper to work with. He has helped us create a custom home worth bragging about by modifying the Louisiana home. It includes four bedrooms, a study, activity area, butler’s pantry, mud room, storeroom, computer nook, home theatre, his and hers walk in robes and alfresco and 2.5 bathrooms with a double garage.
Our favourite features of Brookmont include the biking trail, the little parks for picnics with the kids and the secure feeling of neighbourhood pride from everyone owning their own homes.
When we went through Brookmont Estate, I immediately got a sense of security and “home”. There’s something magical about having a community bond with all of our neighbours building at the same time… it feels like we are all in this together.

We chose Brookmont as the place to build our new home because of the safety of a new estate in a nice up and coming area.
We are looking forward to the community and how quiet the area is, we can see the expressway from where we are, but you wouldn’t know there are cars going past. Very peaceful, large vineyards nearby and away from the busy city life.
Our favourite features of the Brookmont estate has to be the large green areas for children to play and for families to have picnics. The estate is nice and private, especially for kids to ride around on their bikes and scooters. We can’t wait to move in!

We chose Brookmont as the place to build our new home because it looked like a beautiful estate with the large reserve being planned. We visited the display village and saw kids riding their bikes in the street and we wanted that!
SA Housing Centre is our builder, we fell in love with one of their floor plans and we had to have it. Finding our block facing the Brookmont reserve sealed the deal for us.
We’re really looking forward to being close to family and friends, making new friends and being a part of a strong and fun community at Brookmont.
